Mid-rise residential
Apartment buildings of four to eight storeys, from early works to handover. Most of our work is here.
Commercial fit-outs
Offices, clinics and shop fronts, built around tenants who are still trading.
Community buildings
Club houses, childcare centres and small public buildings for councils and not-for-profits.
Early contractor involvement
We join before the design is locked, price it in stages and flag buildability problems while they're cheap to fix.
Remedial and defect work
Waterproofing, cladding and structural repairs on buildings that are already lived in.
Canary Digital
Canary Digital is our in-house software team of three. They build the Canary site diary app our sites use every day and the client portal where clients read their diaries, programmes and cost reports. They track their work in Jira, keep the code on GitHub and ship small changes most weeks.
Tools we work in
- ProcoreProject management on every site: drawings, RFIs, submittals, daily logs and defects.
- XeroAccounts, payroll and progress claims. Our subcontractors are paid from Xero on a 30-day cycle.
